How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to have your name produced within 3-5 business days, and shipping usually takes another 3-7 days depending on your location. Overall please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order.
Do you offer any other colours?
We only offer the colours shown at this time due to our production process (adding a new colour isn’t as easy as it sounds).
Do you offer any other fonts?
Similar to the answer above for new colours, we only offer the fonts shown since those are thick enough to withstand the cutting and shipping process. Some names can get quite thin in parts where a script font is used.
Can I order a size other than 36" wide?
In order to keep pricing consistent and transparent, our only size at this time is 36" wide (the height varies depending on the length of the name; eg. "Ivy" will have taller letters than "Isabella"). If you have a custom request please send us an email and we will see what we can do. Please keep in mind that custom orders do take longer to fulfill.
How high are the letters?
The height varies depending on the length of the name; eg. "Ivy" will have taller letters than "Isabella". Generally speaking, most names come out to about 14-16" high (all names are the same 36" wide).
What is your return policy?
Because these are custom items we don't handle returns at all. If there is damage to your order for some reason (damage during shipping, for example) we will replace it at no extra cost, of course. We want you to be happy with your order and will make it right if you aren't!
